Terms governing your use of DeFi University educational services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DeFi University services at www.defiuniversity.xyz, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Educational Services Only
DeFi University LLC provides educational content and training related to blockchain technology and digital assets. We are NOT financial advisors, brokers, or portfolio managers. All content is for informational and educational purposes only — not financial, legal, or tax advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions & Payments
Skool community membership is $97/month, billed monthly with no long-term contract. You may cancel at any time. Coaching packages are one-time fees or installment plans as listed on our coaching page ($600 Foundations, $1,800 Mastery, $7,200 Institutional). Payments are processed through Stripe. Coaching agreements are executed via our native electronic signature engine under the ESIGN Act and UETA.
No Guarantees
We make no guarantees about financial outcomes, profits, or investment results. Learning outcomes depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and market conditions beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeFi University LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
