- List the fields of the one-page policy and the lesson that fills each one.
- Choose the numbers in order: reserve from the need, protocol count from the cap, satellites from cap × count, beta from what is left.
- Check a filled page for the faults that make it unusable: no date, targets that do not sum to 100, a rate on the page.
