A filter has `"since": 500` and `"until": 800`. Does an event with `created_at` 800 match the time range?

• Yes, because both ends of the range are included
• No, because `until` means "before 800"
• Only if the filter also sets `limit`

A subscription's filter has `"limit": 5`. After EOSE, eight new matching events are published. How many does the app receive?

• 5, because the limit still applies
• 0, because the limit was used up
