What is the difference between circulating supply and total supply?

• They are the same number, reported by different websites
• Circulating is what can be traded today; total includes tokens still locked
• Total is what can be traded today; circulating is what the team holds

An influencer's video says a token will "100x" and has no "#ad" or other disclosure. Where does it sit on the source ladder?

• Primary, because the influencer is close to the project
• Independent, because no payment is mentioned
• Promotional, and the missing disclosure is a red flag of its own
